Jack is an AI-powered chat assistant designed to provide guidance, tips, and information about online casinos and games. Jack analyzes the information you provide during chat interactions to generate responses. Jack does not process payments or guarantee outcomes of gambling activities.

2. Consideration

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your access and interactions constitute reasonable and valuable consideration supporting these Terms.

3. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Jack, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
• Authority & Compliance: You must have full authority to agree to these Terms and comply with all applicable laws, including local gambling regulations.

• Use bots or automation to interact with the Service.
• Submit offensive, violent, pornographic, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Circumvent security measures or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use Jack to develop competing products or services.

We reserve the right to remove, block, or moderate content at our discretion.

6. Submissions & Chat Data

• All information, messages, or content you provide to Jack ("Submissions") may be used by Aygo Tech for analytics, AI improvement, or service enhancement.
• You grant Aygo Tech a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, and analyze Submissions.
• Submissions are not confidential. You assume all risk for information shared.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We may collect chat transcripts, preferences, device info, and usage metrics.
• Data may be shared in aggregated or anonymized form, but not personal data, except as required by law.

8. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Content

• Jack may provide affiliate links to third-party online casinos. All purchases are directly with the merchant.
• No endorsement: Jack does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or outcome of third-party services.
• Links may lead to sites with different terms and privacy policies. Use them at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

• All rights to Jack and the Service, including software, content, design, and trademarks, belong to Aygo Tech.
• You are granted a limited license to use the Service according to these Terms.

10. Public Chat / Community Disclaimer

• If using public chat features, content may be visible to others and is not private or secure.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JACK MAY PROVIDE ADVICE THAT IS INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE, AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aygo Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including gambling losses, personal injury, or data loss.
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid to access the Service (if any), whichever is less.
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure, technical issues, or third-party actions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aygo Tech, its affiliates, officers, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms,
• Your use of the Service, or
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in New York County, NY. Users outside the U.S. must comply with local laws.

18. Time Limitation on Claims

Any legal action arising from these Terms must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause arises.

19. Language

In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
